Well, Lydia, James and Seth made it back from Limitless Festival! It’s been a little while but we wanted to give you an overview of what Limitless is and the amazing things God did.
First things first, what is Limitless?
Limitless Festival is a vibrant summer gathering for young people that’s all about community, connection and change. Featuring dynamic venues as a packed programme of activities, sports, events, seminars, workshops, and after-hours venues. This year, over 600 young people gave their lives to Jesus – just wow!
Lydia volunteered on the Limitless team as a steward. There were days when she questioned that decision. You would have seen her on day one dancing around cars before giving out tickets and patrolling the site on day two.
‘It was such an honour to be part of the Limitless team this year. I had no idea the scale of the festival and the Elim Movement in this country,’ Lydia says. ‘It was such an encouragement to see how God is moving in the youth of today, right across the UK. It got me excited for our youth at York Elim to potentially go together next year! Or maybe you’ll see me again in a high vis.’
James and Seth also went along and camped with friends from Huddersfield Elim. Hopefully, we’ll be hearing from them during a service at some point soon to tell us all about it!
