i which the guest speaker had more time to elaborate on his topic, i would have liked too have heard more of what he had to say, i felt like he had a lot to say but due to lack of time he had to run through it.

Yes he did very well. We only give a short spot to those learning to preach so that they do not feel they are having to carry the whole meeting. It would be a big responsibility for their first time. This was one of those occasions that it would have been great to have heard more.
